Oysters with Gin Vinaigrette

Prep Time: 5 minutes

 Ingredients:

12 fresh oysters, chilled

For the Vinaigrette

1 French shallot

2 tablespoons gin

2 tablespoons good quality white wine vinegar

Pinch salt

To make the vinaigrette, finely dice the shallot. Place into your extra small Styleware bowl with the gin, vinegar and salt. Use a fork to combine. 

To serve, spread a layer of rock salt in your large Styleware bowl. Place the oysters inside, then top each oyster with the vinaigrette. Enjoy immediately.
