Ingredients:
12 fresh oysters, chilled
For the Vinaigrette
1 French shallot
2 tablespoons gin
2 tablespoons good quality white wine vinegar
Pinch salt

Method:
To make the vinaigrette, finely dice the shallot. Place into your extra small Styleware bowl with the gin, vinegar and salt. Use a fork to combine.
