Delivery Timeframes

We strive to ensure that our products are described as accurately as possible, however we do not warrant that the description is accurate. Where we become aware of any misdescription, we reserve the right to correct the error or omission.

Our product images have been provided for illustrative purposes only and we do not guarantee that any image will reproduce in true colour nor that any given image will reflect or portray the full design or options relating to that product.

PRICING

All prices are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST. Prices are subject to change.

ORDERS

Items in a shopping cart do not represent a completed order. We cannot reserve items that are left in your cart…. so don’t delay! An order must be placed, and payment accepted by Styleware to constitute a completed order and all orders are subject to availability. If an order is received that cannot be filled, Styleware will refund the amount debited for that item to your nominated bank account as soon as practical.

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes or edits to the order or combine it with other orders. Styleware may exercise its discretion to cancel an order or refuse to process an order for any reason including; unavailability of a product, inability to deliver to nominated delivery address or suspicion that the order is not genuine.

We strive for perfection, however where a product has been listed at the incorrect price or with incorrect descriptive information or image due to an error or oversight, we reserve the right to cancel that part of the order or the entire order. Should this unfortunate event occur, we will refund the relevant amount debited to your nominated bank as soon as practical.

PAYMENTS

We take reasonable care to make our site secure. We accept payments by Pay Pal, Afterpay and Credit Card (Stripe). Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon order of your Styleware product. For Afterpay terms and conditions please head to https://www.afterpay.com/en-AU/terms-of-service.

To the extent permitted by law, we will not be held liable and responsible for any damages or consequential loss (whether direct or indirect) suffered by you as a result of any credit card fraud or unauthorised access to an Afterpay or Paypal account.

We will not be held liable or responsible for any additional charges imposed by your credit card provider or bank.

GIFT CARDS

Styleware gift cards are valid for 36 months from the date of purchase and can be purchased as electronic (emailed) gift codes, to be sent either to yourself or to your lucky recipient on a date of your choosing, woohoo!

Gift cards can only be redeemed via Styleware’s online store and are not able to be used in conjunction with Afterpay. Gift cards may be redeemed during sale and promotional periods; however, sale and promotional pricing does not apply to the purchase of gift cards and you cannot purchase a gift card with another gift card.

If the amount of your gift card does not cover the total order amount, you will need to pay the remainder of the purchase using another payment method. If the amount of your gift card is more than the total order amount, the balance will remain on your gift card for your next purchase using the same gift card code.

Online gift cards are non-transferable, non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash. Unfortunately, we cannot replace a lost or stolen gift card, nor can we extend expired gift cards.

SALES & PROMOTIONS

Once an order has been placed for an item on sale or using a promocode you are not able to make changes to orders or combine separate orders.

Only one promocode or sale offer can be used per order.

Promocodes can only be used once, are not transferrable and are not able to be used to purchase gift cards.

All promo / sale orders are final, there are no refunds, exchanges or credit notes on sale items or promos/promocodes.

If a promocode or sale can’t run properly because someone or something is spoiling the fun for everyone – e.g. fraud, tampering, technical errors or anything else that is beyond our control that affects the running or fairness of the promocode or sale – we can cancel, modify or suspend the promocode or sale.

NEW SUBSCRIBER SIGN-UP DISCOUNT

From time to time, Styleware may offer a discount to new subscribers. The discount may take the form of a monetary amount or a percentage discount or any other such offer as Styleware deems appropriate.

If a discount is available, it may be advertised in the website subscriber pop-up and / or in the new subscriber welcome email, where you will be provided with instructions on how to access the discount.

Subscriber Discount terms:

Any discount and conditions in addition to the above will be provided via email.
Can only be used once and is non-transferable
Minimum spend required, apply the discount code at checkout.
New subscribers will be emailed the code.

Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Styleware. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
