Returns

Returns are subject to our standard Returns Policy.

In the case of a change-of-mind return, any free gifts received as part of a qualifying purchase must also be returned for a refund to be issued.

Shipping During Sale Period

Our Mid Year Sale is one of our busiest promotions of the year, and we do expect shipping delays.

Please note orders placed during sale periods may take up to two weeks to dispatch due to increased order volumes.

Our warehouse team will be working as quickly as possible to get your order out the door, and we thank you for your patience and support.

Delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates only. While we always do our best to meet these estimates, dispatch and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Pre-Orders

If your order contains a pre-order item, your order will be shipped once all items are available.

If you would like in-stock items sooner, please place these in a separate order.

Estimated pre-order dates are provided as a guide only. While we work closely with our manufacturing and logistics partners, delays can occasionally occur due to production, freight, customs or other factors outside of our control.

As such, release, dispatch and delivery dates for pre-order items cannot be guaranteed and are subject to change without notice.

Stock Availability

All offers are subject to availability.

Some colours, styles and collections may sell out during the promotional period and may not return once sale stock has sold through.

Adding items to your cart does not reserve stock. Stock is only secured once checkout has been completed and payment has been received.
