Wholesale Terms & Conditions

Styleware

Styleware is the trading name of Styleware Pty Ltd, ACN 612 314 075, registered in Australia.

Product Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure our products are described and photographed accurately. However, we do not warrant that descriptions or images are error-free. Product colours may appear differently on screens and may vary slightly between production runs.

Pricing

All wholesale prices are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD), exclusive of GST and shipping, unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.

First Orders

  • Minimum spend: $600 (excl. GST, excl. shipping)

Re-Orders

  • Minimum spend: $400 (excl. GST, excl. shipping)

  • 100% upfront payment is required prior to dispatch unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed in writing.

Payment

  • We accept payment via bank transfer or credit card.

  • Afterpay is not accepted for wholesale orders. If Afterpay is used at checkout, the order will be cancelled and refunded, less any platform fees. (Please note: we are currently unable to disable Afterpay from checkout.)

  • Goods will only be dispatched once full payment has cleared, unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed in writing.

Shipping

  • Orders are shipped via our trusted freight partners using the most cost- and time-effective option.

  • If all items are in stock, dispatch will occur within 3 business days of cleared payment.

  • Orders will be shipped to the address on the approved invoice — please ensure this is correct.

  • Risk in goods transfers to the customer upon delivery to the nominated address.

  • Alternative shipping arrangements (including free shipping thresholds) may apply where agreed upon in writing.

General

  • Wholesale partnerships allow you to sell Styleware products only through your own bricks-and-mortar and/or online store.

  • Selling via third-party websites or marketplaces (including Amazon, eBay, Etsy, etc.) is not permitted. Breach of this condition will result in immediate termination of our partnership.

  • All business information provided is private and confidential and must not be shared without prior written consent from Styleware.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges on wholesale purchases.

  • Claims for incorrect or damaged items must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery.

Copyright & Intellectual Property

  • All Styleware product images, copy, and marketing materials remain the property of Styleware and are subject to copyright.

  • Distribution, adaptation, modification, or communication of this content is prohibited without written consent.

  • For social media use, please tag or @mention Styleware when using our images.

  • You may only upload images of products to your website if you have purchased that product through wholesale.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Styleware shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the sale or use of our products. Our liability is limited to the replacement of goods or the refund of amounts paid.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.

Agreement of Terms

By placing a wholesale order with Styleware, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Terms are subject to change without notice and will take immediate effect once published.
