Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

This promotion is conducted by Styleware Australia (the Promoter), based in Perth, Western Australia.

2. Promotion Period

The promotion opens on 2 November 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on 15 November 2026.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees of Styleware and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must complete and submit the official Season to Shine Giveaway entry form.

Entry is free, and no purchase is necessary. Limit of one entry per person.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a Styleware gift voucher valued at AUD $500, redeemable at styleware.com.au.

The voucher is not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged or transferred. Standard gift voucher terms apply.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

One winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries on 16 November 2026.

The winner will be contacted directly via the email address provided at entry and announced at styleware.com.au.

If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days, a replacement winner may be drawn, subject to applicable laws.

7. General Conditions

The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entries that are fraudulent, incomplete or in breach of these terms.

The Promoter may modify, suspend or cancel the promotion where necessary, subject to applicable laws and regulatory approvals.

8. Privacy

Personal information collected will be used to administer the giveaway, contact the winner and fulfil the prize.

Where participants have consented, Styleware may also send promotional communications. Participants may unsubscribe at any time.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with Styleware's Privacy Policy.
