From our kitchen Yoghurt, Garlic Dressing

"This yoghurt-based dressing is a great use of pantry and fridge staples. It’s wonderful on roast vegetable salads or with flatbread and barbequed lamb or chicken skewers. Make a big batch and store it in your Styleware bowls for up to a week in the fridge – the flavours meld nicely after a day or so."

Ingredients

1/2 cup yoghurt (Greek or coconut)

1 garlic clove, crushed

1 tbsp olive oil

Juice of half a lemon

1 tsp cumin

Pinch of salt

Black pepper to taste

Method

Combine all ingredients in small bowl. Mix well to combine.
Store in Styleware bowl of your choice and drizzle with olive oil when ready to serve.
