From our kitchen Tahini Dressing
"This is a great dressing recipe to have on hand for anything from roasted vegetable salads, to nourish bowls. The tahini adds a lovely nutty richness, which is balanced by the lemon and vinegar. Do a big batch and store it in your Styleware containers in the fridge for up to a week. This recipe is for a single serve, perfect for the Extra Small bowls."

Ingredients
2 tbsp tahini (large)
3 tbsp olive oil
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp lemon juice
Pinch of salt
Water as needed
Method
Combine all ingredients in small mixing bowl, whisking with a fork, until smooth. You may need to add a splash of water to loosen the dressing if it solidifies slightly with the addition of lemon juice and vinegar. Adjust consistency with olive oil depending on use.
Store and transport in our Extra Small Styleware bowl.
